Fulfillment and Shipping

We ship products via FedEx Ground Service. Generally, it will take 1-2 weeks for fulfillment and delivery.

Shipping prices are calculated based on the estimated size and weight of the package(s). Delivery of prints is limited to the continuous 48 states of North America. A physical address is required. No post office boxes please.

Sales Tax

I am required to collect applicable sales tax for deliveries within the State of Vermont. Sales tax is calculated at the time of checkout.

Returns

I offer a 25 day refund and exchange policy. If for any reason the print you have ordered does not meet your expectation, please contact me within 25 days from your date of purchase with your name, the order ID from the packing list, and a phone number where I can reach you during the day. I will then look into the matter and arrange with you regarding shipping details. I will gladly replace the merchandise or issue a full refund.

Damage

If your package arrives damaged please call me immediately. If you suspect damage to the items inside, make a claim with the shipper, and call me as well, I will then determine the necessary action for replacement.
